Paper Formatting Requirements

Page parameters
Paper size A4 (210 x 297 mm). Margins (all) – 20 mm. To prepare your paper please use the Microsoft Word text editor, *.docх format

Working languages
Russian, Belarusian, and English

General requirements
Maximum number of papers to be submitted by a single author (including as a co-author) – 3
Font: Times New Roman, size – 13 pt; justified alignment
Line spacing and spacing between paragraphs – single
No word hyphenation
Pages are not numbered
Papers may be 2 to 6 full pages
The text of the papers (except for the title, authors, affiliations and abstract) is formatted in two columns 80 mm wide with a distance between columns of 10 mm

UDC
Font size – 9 pt, left alignment, no indentation, regular font style, no full stop at the end of the paragraph. Spacing after the paragraph – 6 pt

Paper title
Font size – 12 pt, bold font style, capital letters, centered alignment, no indentation, no word hyphenation, no full stop at the end of the paragraph. No more than three lines. Spacing after the paragraph – 6 pt

First name initials and last name of the author(s)
Font size – 12 pt, centered alignment, no indentation, no word hyphenation, no spacing between initials (e.g. Ivanov P.S., Petrov P.P.). Spacing after the paragraph – 6 pt

Affiliation of the author(s)
Font size – 10 pt, italic style, left alignment, no indentation, no word hyphenation. Spacing after the last affiliation – 12 pt

Abstract (a brief description of the paper purpose and main results)
Before the text of your abstract the word “Abstract.” is written in bold with a full stop at the end. The abstract should be up to 100 words (5 lines). Font size – 9 pt, regular style, justified alignment, no paragraph indentation, with a full stop at the end of the paragraph. Spacing after the paragraph – 6 pt

Key words (specific words or phrases to describe the paper topic)
Before the key words of your paper the phrase “Key words.” is written in bold with a full stop at the end. The list of key words should be 3 to 6 words (phrases). Font size – 9 pt, regular style, justified alignment, no paragraph indentation, with a full stop at the end of the paragraph

Paper title, last name, initials and affiliation of the author(s), abstract and key words should be given in English at the beginning of your paper and in Russian/Belarusian at the end of it.

Figures
Figures should be 60 to 80 mm wide and 30 to 110 mm high, in *.jpg,*.png or *.bmp formats. The title of each figure should be indicated below it. Each figure should have a reference link in the text. Font size for the text in the figures – 8 to 10 pt. All figures should have good resolution for printing (be clear when printed on paper)

Titles of the figures
Font size – 9 pt, regular style, centered alignment, no word hyphenation. Spacing after the paragraph – 6 pt

Titles of the tables
Font size – 9 pt, regular style, left alignment, no paragraph indentation, no word hyphenation. Spacing before the paragraph – 6 pt

Tables
Font size of the text in the tables – 8 to 9 pt. Column width should be adjusted automatically by AutoFit Contents. Spacing after the table – 6 pt

Reference list
Heading – bold style, centered alignment. Spacing before the paragraph – 6 pt
The reference list should be formatted in the same style as the ordinary text of the paper
Reference links should be given in square brackets in the text of your paper

Name of the file
The name of your file should be written in Latin letters and should consist of the last name and initials of the first author, e.g. IvanovPS.docx.

No archiving of the files is required

Papers that do not meet requirements will not be accepted
