font - Times New Roman; size - 10 pt; alignment by width; line spacing and interval between paragraphs - single; word hyphenation - auto; pages are not numbered; paper length of materials from 2 till 6 full pages; the text of the report (except for the title, authors, organizations and annotations) is made out into 2 columns 80 mm wide with a distance between the columns of 10 mm

UDC
size 9 pt; left alignment; there is no first line indentation; normal style, spacing after paragraph 6 pt; without a dot at the end

Article title
size - 12 pt; bold outline; all uppercase; center alignment; no indent of the first line; the interval after the paragraph - 6 pt; without hyphenation; without a period in the end; no more than 3 lines

Surname and initials of the author(s)
size - 12 pt; alignment in the center; no indent of the first line; the interval after the paragraph - 6 points; no word hyphenation; no space between the initials (for example: Ivanov P.S., Petrov P.P.)

Author(s)’ organization
size - 10 pt; italics; left alignment; no indent of the first line; the interval after the last organization - 12 points; no word hyphenation

Abstract (brief description of the work purpose and its results)
before the text of the annotation the word “Abstract” is written with a dot at the end in bold, up to 100 words (up to 5 lines); size 9 pt; There is no first line indentation, the style is normal; justified, space after paragraph 6 pt, dot at the end

Keywords (individual words or phrases that describe the topic of the article)
“Key words” is written before the key words with a dot at the end in bold, the volume is from 3 to 6 words (phrases); size 9 pt; There is no first line indentation, the style is normal; justified, with a dot at the end

The title of the article, surname and initials of the author(s), organization of the author(s), abstract and keywords are presented in Russian at the beginning and in English at the end of the document

Drawings
should be sizes 60 ... 80 mm wide and 30 ... 110 mm high with the extensions * jpg, *. png or * bmp; each figure must have a caption; for each figure there must be a reference in the text; the text size in the figures is 8 ... 10 pt; figures should have reasonable resolution for printing (clear when printed)
